Responsibilities:
Identify, research, evaluate, and pursue business development opportunities that will contribute to the organization's short and long-term business goals.
Manage complex, large, or difficult market research or analysis projects; evaluate findings, prepare reports, and make recommendations to senior management about the viability of alternative opportunities.
Develop and drive portfolio strategy in collaboration with the local market to expand and protect market share, optimize pricing strategy, and build long-term relationships with clients.
Develop the positioning, pricing, and marketing strategy for new products, and work closely with the global and local teams to deliver new product launch forecasts.
Collaborate with B. Braun representatives in Emerging Markets to identify potential dealers, manage the negotiation process, prepare contracts, and provide inputs on proper pricing, product pipeline, and contract terms.
Establish long-term professional relationships with potential clients, customers, and partners (for example, in government or industry associations) to promote the organization's products and services.
Refer sales leads and customer feedback to appropriate contacts within the organization and liaise with other functional and operational area members to ensure that these referrals are followed up promptly.
Conduct training and presentations to existing and potential customers to a high standard.
Plan and execute product-related events (training, live surgeries, roundtable meetings) on a regular basis.
Work closely with the Supply Chain team to manage inventory with a view to maximize inventory performance while ensuring products are available when needed.
Respond to inquiries and resolve problems in a timely fashion.
