Asst Manager, Production

Job Description Assist the Production Manager in planning, managing, and executing production operations.
Coordinate and prioritize production workflow and schedules.
Identify and address operational and maintenance issues to prevent delays.
Recommend process improvements to enhance production quality and efficiency.
Collaborate with the production team to enforce company policies and safety standards.
Maintain documentation and prepare detailed reports on production activities and status.
Manage production budgets, ensuring cost control while maintaining high-quality output.
Support in training, supervising, and motivating employees, as well as managing schedules to achieve production targets.
Coordinate with departments such as materials & logistics, quality control, and sales to ensure products meet specifications and deadlines.
Requirements Diploma or higher qualification in engineering or production management-related fields.
Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Assistant Manager or over 5 years as a Supervisor.
Work experience in the PCB or electronics industry is required, with a preference for candidates from the PCB sector.
Proficient in Chinese Willingness to undergo training in China for 3 to 6 months.
