About The Team :The global Monetization Integrity team ensures TikTok users have a safe experience while viewing advertisements.We work closely with advertisers to create ad policies, manage content review processes, and more.As we continue to add advertising on TikTok, this team is critical in assuring a joyful and creative ads experience for the community.Responsibilities :- Analyze the characteristics and patterns of violated advertising content.Design and implement strategies using auto-moderation tools (., keyword management or AI model management tools) to ensure monetization integrity and compliance.- Collaborate with QA and Analytics teams and proactively discover weaknesses of auto-moderation rules, continuously iterate rules to ensure content recognition effectiveness.- Partner with cross-functional departments, including R&D, Product, and Algorithm teams, to set and achieve common goals aimed at mitigating content risks and improving user experience.- Conduct in-depth analysis of auto-moderation tools to identify areas for improvement.Propose detailed product requirements and drive the development and drive tool enhancements and iterations.Job RequirementsMinimum Qualifications :- Bachelor's degree.Statistics, mathematics, computer science related majors are preferred.- Minimum 3 years work experience, with minimum 1 year of hands on and in-depth experience in auto-moderation related fields, including but not limited to auto-moderation product operations, auto-moderation strategy design, AI model operation, anti-spam strategy, anti-fraud strategy, etc,.- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills with data sensitivity.- Proficiency in written and spoken English.Preferred Qualifications :- Experience in designing risk control strategy, familiar with using tools such as Regular Expression, rule engines, etc,.- Have a basic understanding of AI model operation knowledge, especially large language model related technologies.
