Job Description Key Responsibilities: Design, test and configure control panels, motor control centers, Ethernet networks, ASI networks, and pneumatic circuits, for automation systems
Manage and maintain PLC, SCADA, and HMI systems to ensure optimal performance.
Troubleshoot and resolve automation-related technical issues promptly to minimize downtime.
Lead or support the design, development, and installation of new automation projects.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and integration of automation solutions.To improve process system in automation control
Ensure all automation systems comply with industry regulations and company standards, including safety, quality, and environmental policies.
To reduce Trouble and programming control.
To reduce support from outsources people to do troubleshooting
To synchronize all system in one server
To reduce consumption electricity
Participates in the factory ensuring that the technical solution follows corporate and market standards and is delivered with the expected quality, being on time and in budgetImplement test strategy for the overall functional scope, in compliance with the global test strategy for the project, product or release quality control Qualifications Are you bursting with fresh ideas and a hunger for learning? Here's what we're looking for:
Academic Program: You are enrolled in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or a related fieldExperienced: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in automation engineering, preferably in the FMCG or manufacturing industry. Proven expertise in programming and troubleshooting PLCs (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, etc.), SCADA systems, and HMI interfaces.Skillset: You possess strong understanding of automation processes, sensors, and control systems – Proficient in programming languages used in automation (e.g., Ladder Logic, Structured Text).Personal traits: You have a structured approach, a driven and energetic personality, excellent communication and people skills, and the ability to work both in a team and independently.
