Responsibilities: Design and create automation equipment to streamline manufacturing.Analyzing and perfecting elements of the manufacturing process.Test run on equipment, study the results, and make adjustments where necessary.Eliminating defects and errors with product and software development.Lead collaborative discussions between leadership and key stakeholders to determine automation capabilities and goals.Create detailed road maps to guide automation projects from conception to final implementation.Support existing automation technology with component and process upgrades.Provide technical expertise and oversee the resolution of technical issues in automated manufacturing and test equipment.Effectively implement a pro-active approach to identify potential risks, assess impact, and develop or implement safeguards for mitigation in areas of responsibility.Documentation of project or equipment operation specifications.Mentor and assist to subordinates, peers and customers when required.Implement and execute projects assigned by HOD. Requirements: Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Computer/Mechanical /Mechatronic Engineering, Computer Science or similar field.Proficiency in maintaining automation equipment.Experience with robotics, AI and machine learning.Experience with project management.Strong background in implementing and supporting controls systems.Self discipline to complete task given on time.
