In this role at CelcomDigi, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the customer journey within retail environments while ensuring the alignment of strategic business objectives. Responsibilities:
To lead the delivery of strategic automation and transformation initiatives by managing projects that improve efficiency, streamline processes, and enhance business performance. The role involves designing and implementing automated solutions, driving change, and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
Strategic Automation and Transformation
Identify and prioritize areas for automation and process transformation in alignment with business goals.
Develop and implement strategies for introducing automation technologies, such as RPA, AI, or workflow systems.
Partner with leadership to ensure alignment of transformation initiatives with long-term business strategies.
Project Leadership
Manage end-to-end project lifecycles, including planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project goals, scope, and success criteria.
Develop detailed project plans, allocate resources, and manage timelines and budgets.
Lead project teams, ensuring effective collaboration and delivery of high-quality results.
Automation Design and Implementation
Work with technical teams and vendors to design and deploy automation solutions tailored to business needs.
Conduct feasibility studies, impact assessments, and proof of concepts for proposed solutions.
Oversee the deployment and testing of automation systems, ensuring seamless integration with existing workflows.
Stakeholder Engagement and Change Management
Serve as the key liaison between business units, technical teams, and external vendors.
Communicate project objectives, progress, and outcomes effectively to stakeholders at all levels.
Drive change management efforts to support the adoption of automation and transformation initiatives.
Performance Monitoring and Continuous Improvement
Define KPIs and metrics to measure the success of automation and transformation projects.
Analyze post-implementation results to ensure continuous improvement and sustainability.
Stay informed about emerging automation technologies and best practices to inform future initiatives.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Operations Management, or a related field.
Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2) or Agile methodologies is a plus.
5-8 years of experience managing projects in automation, digital transformation, or process improvement.
Proven track record of delivering large-scale transformation initiatives in dynamic environments.
Strong knowledge of automation tools and technologies (e.g., RPA platforms, AI solutions, workflow automation).
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello) and methodologies.
Analytical skills with experience using data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
Problem-solving ability with a focus on driving results and achieving business outcomes.
Strategic thinker and have ability to connect initiatives with business goals.
Strong leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams and drive collaboration.
