Technical ExposureAssist senior technicians in diagnosing and repairing vehicles using modern diagnostic tools and techniques.
Perform routine maintenance tasks under supervision, such as oil changes, tyre rotations, and brake checks.
Learn and apply safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment in the workshop.
Customer InteractionEngage with customers to understand their vehicle concerns and communicate technical findings in a clear and professional manner.
Provide updates to customers on the progress of repairs and services.
Ensure a positive customer experience by delivering high-quality service.
Administrative FunctionsWarranty Management: Assist in processing warranty claims, ensuring proper documentation and compliance with manufacturer requirements.
Training Coordination: Support the organization and delivery of technical and customer service training sessions for staff.
Parts Logistics: Collaborate with the parts department to manage inventory, track orders, and ensure timely availability of parts for workshop operations.
Learning and DevelopmentParticipate in structured training programs covering technical, customer service, and administrative skills.
Work closely with mentors to enhance technical expertise and professional growth.
Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies and trends.
Requirements:
A passion for the automotive industry and a willingness to learn.
Basic technical knowledge of vehicles (academic or hands-on experience is a plus).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic computer skills for handling administrative tasks.
Diploma or equivalent qualification in automotive engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field (preferred).
