B2B Sales Executive - Fmcg (Chinese Speaker/Remote/5 Days/Kl)- Urgent!

Position: Sales & Marketing Executive, B2B (Chinese Speaker) Industry: Food Manufacturing Location: Kuala Lumpur (Remote) Working Hours: Mon-Fri, 9am to 6pm Salary: RM4k-5.5k Basic (Depending on experience & last drawn salary) + High Commission Benefits: Maternity LeaveAnnual LeaveMedical LeaveHigh CommissionTransport Allowance Key Responsibilities: Focus on acquiring and managing wholesale B2B customers.Present, promote, and sell products to existing and prospective customers.Handle customer inquiries and process orders.Achieve sales and collection targets.Maintain and build customer relationships with effective after-sales service and resolution of complaints.Provide regular sales activity and pipeline reports.Conduct market surveys and competitors' analysis.Coordinate and supervise trade shows and events.Plan and execute sales strategies, marketing plans, and activities for growth.Perform additional duties as assigned by management.Travel to Main Branch in Johor as needed (hotel accommodation provided). Qualifications & Experience: Certificate in Marketing/Business Studies or equivalent.At least 2-3 years of proven B2B experience, preferably in the food manufacturing sector.Independent with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Team player with a positive attitude and strong initiative.Self-motivated, meticulous, and results-oriented.Proficient in Mandarin (spoken and written) for handling Mandarin-speaking clients.Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.Own transport and willingness to travel.
