To achieve respective allocated regional target assigned by the management through joint field work 
Sales Production (AFYP) Activation Rate (%) Product Mix Penetration into untap Preferred clients Distribution of product with higher VNB i.e product with high element of Sum assured/ protection/ legacy with premium paying terms >10 years.
To actively carry out joint field work with bank's Preferred Wealth/ Preferred Relationship Managers and coach preferred segment sales personnel on product and value proposition to increase sales productivity and penetration rate.
To actively conduct policy review for clients and propose appropriate solutions through protection gap analysis with end objective to close sales.
To build strong working relationship with business partner and internal stakeholders to ensure all the business goals and objectives are being achieved
to initiate brainstorming session with sales personnel in driving quality sales to plan and propose sales strategies jointly with the team and aggressively engage with PW/PRMs to set appointments for joint field work To uphold integrity and to comply with the Act governing insurance industry 
to ensure and execute assigned task / initiatives in compliance to regulatory guideline to ensure business partner sales personnel adhere to compliance requirementto improve persistency rate.
