Barge Superintendent / Offshore Construction Superintendent

Roles & Responsibility Manage, plan and organize offshore construction spread in performing its work onshore Manage the effectiveness of offshore operations to ensure project execution is within the agreed time frame or schedule Operational and technical project support.
Vessels crewing Construction spread operations Derrick/pipelay barge operations Liaison with diving and ROV subcontractors Liaison with survey and positioning subcontractors Coordinating all activities related to the mobilization and demobilization of the project equipment, material and personnel.
Ensure the mobilization and demobilization programmers are completed in a safe and timely manner and within budget Ensure all necessary work plans and ITPs are prepared and the resources are available to meet the plan Requirements A minimum of 15 years experience in offshore construction and minimum 5 years in similar capacity in offshore oil and gas upstream industry for WHPs & pipeline installation and subsea spool diving works is essential.
He must have a proven record in Project, Safety and Personnel Management.
He shall be conversant with International, Marine, Malaysian, and Company legal and statutory regulations/specifications/codes and procedures.
Proficient in English, with good oral and written communication skills Malaysian or Thailand Nationality is preferred.
