BDC Sales Executive To market consumer products, specifically foreign currency notes and remittance to customers.Key Responsibilities *- Perform all transactions in compliance with the Bank's guidelines and policies;- Focus and achieve individual targets while understanding and assisting team sales targets;- To up-sell foreign exchange currencies and promote remittance via CIMB;- Assist current and potential customers in their banking needs;- Attend customer requests, inquiries, problems and complaints;- Develop and build long-term relationship with customers;- Manage offsite BDC whenever required.
