Assist in developing and implementing sales and marketing initiatives to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
Collaborate with the marketing team to promote special offers, events, and seasonal promotions.
Prepare regular reports and analyse data to identify areas for improvement and implement action plans accordingly.
Coaching beauticians and conduct assessment to ascertain the proficiency level Organize training sessions for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
