Beauty Consultant Sales

-Understand customer needs and propose wellness solution to customer.


-Establish and nurture strong customer bonds to generate repeat business and foster customer loyalty.


-Responsible for all messages online including FB, XHS and IG inquiries ,comments and reviews.


-Achieve or surpass sales goals and contribute to the overall expansion of the company.


-Stay updated with industry trends new products and competitor offerings.


-Engage in training initiatives and continuously enhance product knowledge and sales techniques. 


-Work closely within the marketing and operation team to ensure successful implementation of all marketing plans and activities.

; Requirements:-


-Self-motivated enthusiastic and proactive work approach is expected


-Willingness to work on weekends holidays and evenings as needed 


-Call appointments , schedule appointments and follow-up customer call after treatments


-Previous sales experience in the beauty industry is required


-Excellent understanding of beauty aesthetic products trends and techniques is essential


-Strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary


-Must have the ability to deliver exceptional customer service and create a positive shopping experience


-A results-driven mindset and determination to meet and surpass sales targets is required


Working hours : 
Monday - Friday : 10am - 7pm 
Saturday : 10am - 4pm
