YOUR ROLE
To sustain/improve process including quality, yield, internal & external customer complaint and lot on hold rate.
To support production for meeting wws target.
To generate and update process specifications, SOP, FMEA and process control plan
To provide technical support when there is critical quality concerns related to material / process
To ensure process is running within control chart in SPC
To transfer knowledge from NPI to realize in production mode on any new product/technology received from NPI team
YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES
Master's or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering / Material Science / Electrical Engineering / Electronics Engineering or equivalent engineering field.
Minimum 3 years of working experience in Semiconductor Industry with Process control experience. (fresh graduate will be considerable)
Knowledge on Design of Experiment (DOE) skill FMEA, SPC, DMAIC, 8D and Strong analytical trouble shooting skills.
Good communication skills with all levels of people
