What you will do:
In this role, you report to the Head of Project and Bid Development, APAC.
You will work on ensuring bid governance and implementing bid management for Major Projects (high value, high complexity, high risk) in APAC.How you will do it:
Develop and implement the bid management process for Major Projects in APAC
Manage the governance on bids for Major Projects, ensuring compliance to the process
Work closely with the local bid managers and cross-functional teams to ensure that all proposals (Commercial and Technical) are planned, developed and submitted on time and in accordance with the schedule and scope.
Identify, highlight, resolve and escalate risks and opportunities
Assume the lead role in proposal development for selected high-profile, critical deals
Ensure proper bid documentation and bid adherence to internal and external requirements (legal, finance, technical, local regulatory)
Actively identify areas to improve the bid management process in alignment to industry best practices#J-18808-Ljbffr
