Effectively and efficiently manage PCBA and HLA quotes from the point of understanding customer requirements to presenting a completed quote package back
to sales ;
Work with Sales to understand the winning value proposition. Work with sales to obtain missing documentation and setting the right expectation. Work with
commodity team, plant team and other supported teams to determine commit date for quote;
Monitor and control the destiny of the quote to commit date ;
Identify critical success factors to win a business opportunity and manage them effectively;
Ensure that sales understand the quote so that they can effectively present it to the customer;
Continuously improve project management approaches based on lessons learned. Provide valid proposals on the quote.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree in business or supply chain or equivalent.
2. Demonstrated ability to read /interpret multi-level BOMs and product drawings.
3. 3-5 years minimum working experience as a Senior-level buyer, Planner, Program Manager , Program Administrator or EMS engineer .
4. Strong communication skills and coordinate ability.
5. Strong English skills (written & verbal) in a business environment
6. Strong PC tool skills (complex spreadsheet , file management, etc.)
