RESPONSIBILITIES:
Bid Pricing Management
Compile the overall BOM from CTS/LTS/GS/Project Management & Procurement - ensuring cost accuracy & optimization.
Propose the right sell price for submission based on pricing review with Product & Technical team while inline against sales strategies.
Present overall submission & get pricing approval from management before proceeding to release the price to sales.
Translate the approved price to the client price submittal format.
Reprice Bids.
Conduct pricing changes (Gain/Loss) analysis, cost changes & VCM analysis.
Analyze pricing trend & cost trend.
Bid Management
Lead & manage all stages of the bid process from qualification to submission to the sales team.
Develop and maintain best practices throughout the bid cycle.
Manage bid submission - coordinate with all bidding team members to ensure and obtain all submittals.
Ensure a full understanding of the solution portfolio and appropriate offerings within a complete and competitive solution to meet customer requirements.
Aware & highlight the overall risk (Commercial/Technical/GS) when presenting to management for approval.
REQUIREMENTS:
Possess a Bachelor Degree.
Minimum 2-3 years of working experience related to Pricing or Bid/Tender Submission in the Telecom, Colocation & Data Center Industry.
Skilled in Microsoft Office – comfortable in managing Excel spreadsheets.
Good Number Sense – comfortable dealing with huge project values.
Detail-oriented – paying close attention to all small particulars when working on Bid Pricing.
Good Communication & Presentation Skills – able to communicate with different levels of colleagues up to management.
Excellent Time Management & Organization skills.
