Bim Coordinator

This position is open for Malaysian only.
Duties and Responsibilities: Coordinate with the tender team to develop temporary work drawings or tender related drawings during the tendering activities.Ensure BIM Execution Plan (BEP) is well implemented and executed in projects.Ensure client's BIM Guidelines and requirements are properly and adequately addressed.Deliver appropriate visuals and shop drawings to support construction works. Conduct clash detection and visual walkthroughs using CDE and other authoring software.Ensure drawing revisions are updated and recorded in drawing registers. Check inconsistencies in the drawings when required. Review 3D Models from consultants & sub-contractors.Coordinate with the project team to ensure the as-built drawings are reflected with the actual site conditions.Maintain and update all relevant drawing transmittals for all in-coming and out-going drawings. Produce BBS (Bar Bending Schedule) by REVIT. 
 Requirements: Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering/Architecture/Construction Management/Interior Design or relevant field.Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit software.Preferably with at least 5 years working experience in construction industry.Willing to travel and must be willing to relocate for project requirement within Peninsula Malaysia.Good communication and writing skills in English and Bahasa MalaysiaKnowledge in BIM 360 and Revit MEP will be and added advantage.
