Bim Engineer

Work closely with Engineers and responsible for all drafting and preparation of drawings for projects, including schematic drawings, 3D drawings, etc using Revit/AutoCAD;
Initiate and participate in creation of the Revit families and templates by the request of Project/Construction Manager;
Ensure models and drawings comply with PNID /project instructions/ guideline and CAD & BIM standards;
Produce accurate BIM models as per actual on-site situation, with enhanced space management;
Work together with Project team and commercial team on determining finalized drawing for approval before construction;
Submit LOD400/450 As-Built Drawings for handover submissions on timely manner;
Responsible on all BIM drawings documentation works according to ISO standards.
Requirements :
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Civil/Chemical Engineering or equivalent;
Proficient skills in Revit / other equivalent 3D modelling software, and Naviswork is an added advantage;
Proficient skills in AutoCAD is a MUST;
Familiar with piping / facilities design is an added advantage;
Able to work on BIM models from LOD300 into LOD400/450;
Pro-active and able to work independently with minimum supervision;
Able to work as a team, assertive, self-discipline and goal-oriented team player;
Good interpersonal and communication skills;
Willing to work in Kulim Hi-Tech Park, Kedah;
Willing to relocate to other project sites across Malaysia.#J-18808-Ljbffr
