Job ResponsibilitiesAttend to accident and collision repair customers in processing their vehicle insurance claims in a timely manner.
Ensure all collision repair debts are paid within the required timeline.
Ensure all documents are in proper order with authorized signatory before submitting to the insurance company.
Perform all administration and clerical duties including issuance of invoices, document processing, data updating, record keeping & compilation.
Maintain good working relationships with customers, in-house contractors, loss adjusters, and insurance companies.
Prefer candidates with experience and familiarity with Merrimen claims.
