BPO CALL CENTRE- Customer Service Representative
Bilingual candidates in Mandarin & English will be given priority.
Job Scope:
Attend to customer's billing & utilities related queries and requests.

Requirements:
At least 1 year of experience in customer service.
Preference for candidates with Call Centre experience – Voice & Non-Voice.
Excellent English proficiency (Spoken & Written).
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Swift typing skills.

Training:Taman Bukit Indah/Taman Molek branch
Office/Working Location:Taman Molek
Working Hours:
Monday-Friday: 8 AM – 5 PM / 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM / 9 AM – 6 PM (Rotational Shifts)
Alternate Saturdays/Sundays: 9 AM – 1 PM
Holidays based on Singapore Public Holidays
Remuneration:
Salary: RM2,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month (English)
Salary: RM3,100.00 - RM3,400.00 per month (Bilingual English & Mandarin)
Probation period: Minimum 3 months' probation.
