Branch Manager

Main Function:
To plan, organize and manage branch office overall activities, including sales operation, revenue achievement, financial control, customer service, lead the sales team to achieve targeted sales turnover. Responsibilities :
Plan and direct the overall sales activities of branch, so as to achieve annual sales target.Monitor and review all customer service matters, so as to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction are achieved.Plan and monitor all financial matters within branch, so as to ensure all the expenditure are within budget.Identify and provide sales training to ensure that a complete sales team is develop to support branch sales target.Lead and create motivating work climate so as to increase productivity of branch staff.Conduct survey and review of market trends, so as to develop an appropriate sales strategy and pricing policy to capture bigger market share.Ensure the consistency of debt collection and positive cash flow management.Maintain good relationship with other departments and also with the clients.To be committed to and co-operate with any safety & health activities or campaigns organized by the company as well as to obey or to enforce company's Safety & Health rules and regulations. Requirements :
Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Business Studies or equivalent.Preferable candidates should have experience in the aluminum, developer, or construction industry.Indoor sales or outdoor sales experience will be an added advantage.Ability to manage a branch or department will be essential to the jobs.Have at least 5 years sales experience preferably in related field.Pleasant personality with good communication skills.Able to work under tight datelines.Independent & able to make decision.Problem-solving skills & able to handle complaints.Willing to travel.
