Branch Manager ( Inderawasih)

Job description



-To plan and execute local marketing activity to achieve target assigned for branch.


-Fully adhere to operation requirement for branch operation.


-Maintain excellent customer service to internal and external customer.


-To ensure compliance of Branch Operational Procedure and Integrated Management System (IMS) guideline, whenever attending customers at all times.


-To ensure efficient and productive counter service operations 


-To plan and lead the team to achieve Sales target assigned by the Company 


-To deliver excellence quality of customer service towards customers and colleagues within the company interest.

; Requirements:-


-Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or any related discipline.


-Experience in Customer Service/ Credit Card Sales/ Banking or financial industry background will be an added advantage. 


-Minimum 2-3 years of experience in supervisory role. 


-Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office.


-Fluent in conversing in both English and Bahasa Melayu.


-Able to start immediately is an added advantage.
