Branch Manager
Responsibilities
Oversee daily branch operations and supervise branch staff
Organize and involve in agency development activities – sales, recruitment, and business development
Conduct training courses, presentations, and talks
Achieve goals set for the branch and deliver positive customer relationships
Requirements:
Degree in any discipline
Minimum 6 years working experience in banking, insurance, or unit trust industry
Service-oriented with good interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
Able to plan, organize, and execute branch activities
Good supervisory and leadership skills
