Job Function: Provide and achieve Service Excellence to both internal and external customers To adhere to Company's Polices and to perform all required tasks with integrityKey Duties and Responsibilities: Maintaining branches operations and daily procedures for each department tasks as per below summary.Designing & implementing systems to improve office operations.Scheduling staffs and follow up on their progress or completed work.Coach, develop and manage staffs' performance to meet service goals and objectives.Provides assistance and support to junior staffs/agents.Contributing to entire team as needed.Summary:
Policy Servicing : Attend to walk-in/call in customer's & agent's enquiry on policy related matters.
Perform data alteration up to confer authority and maintain transaction records.
Follow up on outstanding requirement.2. Claims : Check completeness of claim forms/documents for all type of claims including
updating client's details & bank account number, and to record, follow up monitor
the outstanding claim status.
3. New Business : Proposal submission screening and back up data entry capturing.
4. Finance : Act as "chief cashier" to ensure daily tally of premium collection, day end collection
recording and report scanning, and handle all finance related matters.
5. General Admin : Record keeping, report defect of office assets/equipment/furniture, update reports
or daily/monthly templates.
6. Branch OIC's - assist to oversee or take over operational duties and ensure smooth running of office
operation.
Requirements: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.At least 5 year(s) of working experience in insurance industry with experience in servicing Preferably Executives specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.Position is based in Kota KinabaluWorking fluency in English and Bahasa MalaysiaFull-Time position(s) available.
