We are looking for a passionate and strategic Branding & Marketing Executive to join our team to help grow these brands in the modern market.
Job Summary: As a Branding & Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans to increase brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and grow market share for both the Lao Xie Zhen and O'right brands. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create impactful campaigns, manage digital and offline marketing channels, conduct market research, foster partnerships, and ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities: 1. Brand Strategy & Management: Develop and implement comprehensive branding strategies for Lao Xie Zhen and O'right to establish and strengthen their market positioning.Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing materials and channels.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.2. Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research to understand consumer behavior, preferences, and trends relevant to the health and wellness and beauty industries.Analyze competitor activities and market dynamics to identify potential gaps and opportunities for the brands.Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to drive marketing strategies and product development.3. Marketing Planning & Execution: Create and execute integrated marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, content marketing, PR, events, and influencer collaborations.Develop marketing calendars and promotional strategies to support product launches, seasonal campaigns, and key business initiatives.Coordinate with external agencies, designers, and content creators to produce high-quality marketing materials.4. Digital Marketing & Social Media Management: Manage the brands' digital presence, including websites, social media platforms, and e-commerce channels.Develop and implement social media strategies to drive engagement, grow follower base, and increase brand visibility.Analyze digital campaign performance and provide recommendations for optimization to improve ROI.5. Content Creation & Management: Oversee the creation of compelling content that aligns with each brand's voice and resonates with target audiences.Write, edit, and proofread marketing collateral, blog posts, social media posts, email newsletters, and other content.6. Channel & Partnership Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key distribution channels, retail partners, and online marketplaces to maximize product visibility and sales.Identify and engage with strategic partners, influencers, and brand ambassadors to collaborate on campaigns and promotional activities.Negotiate and manage partnerships with external stakeholders to drive brand growth and enhance market reach.Monitor partner performance and collaborate to optimize marketing efforts for better engagement and conversion.7. Event Planning & Execution: Organize and manage brand events, trade shows, product launches, and promotional activities.Collaborate with sales teams to develop in-store promotional materials and visual merchandising strategies.Liaise with partners and vendors to ensure smooth event execution and achieve maximum brand exposure.8. Performance Analysis & Reporting: Track and analyze key performance metrics for all marketing activities and campaigns.Generate regular reports with insights on brand performance, customer engagement, and market trends.Make data-driven recommendations to improve future marketing strategies and initiatives. Key Requirements: Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or relevant experience in a related field.Skills:Strong understanding of brand development, digital marketing principles, channel management, and market research techniques.Proficiency in social media platforms, content management systems, and digital analytics tools.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.Strong project management skills and attention to detail.Personal Attributes:Passionate about health, wellness, and sustainable beauty products.Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team.Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
