Brand Experience Assistant ManagerYou will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance the overall perception and interaction that consumers have with a brand.
The goal is to build a positive and memorable experience that aligns with our client's brand values and objectives.
You will work within the Brand Experience team reporting to the BE Director (HOD) to ensure client expectations are met.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Strategy:Develop and execute comprehensive brand experience strategies that align with the overall brand objectives.
Event Management:Develop event concepts and themes that enhance the brand experience and engage customers.
Create detailed event plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.
Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure events align with the brand's identity and objectives.
Oversee on-site event logistics, ensuring everything runs smoothly and according to plan.
Customer Journey:Analyze and optimize the end-to-end customer journey, identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, or related field.
Proven experience in event planning and management, with a focus on creating positive customer experiences.
Strong organizational and project management skills, with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Occasional extended hours and weekend commitment is required.
Travel will be required.
