Brand Management (Marketing & Communications)
We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Brand Manager to lead and execute branding initiatives for our Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) business. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in brand strategy, advertising, market trends, and digital media.
This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of consumer insights, industry dynamics, and the ability to translate data into impactful campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy and ExecutionDevelop and execute comprehensive brand strategies to strengthen brand equity and drive customer loyalty.
Ensure alignment of branding efforts with business goals and market positioning.Advertising and CampaignsLead the development and execution of impactful advertising campaigns across multiple channels, including traditional and digital media.
Collaborate with creative agencies to ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity.Digital and Social MediaManage and optimize the brand's digital presence, including social media platforms and online campaigns.
Stay ahead of digital trends to implement innovative approaches that resonate with target audiences.Collaboration and Stakeholder ManagementWork closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Operations, Restaurant Support Group, Restaurant Managers, and product development, to ensure cohesive branding efforts.
Build strong relationships with external partners, such as Creative/Media agencies and vendors.Performance TrackingMonitor and measure the effectiveness of brand campaigns using KPIs and analytics.
Prepare reports and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in brand management, preferably in the QSR or FMCG industry.
Strong understanding of advertising, media planning, and market trends.
Proven expertise in digital marketing and social media strategy.
Exceptional analytical, communication, and project management skills.
Strong insight and understanding of the Malay segment, with a proven track record of successful campaigns targeting this audience.
Basic knowledge of interpreting consumer research, such as focus groups or surveys, to understand consumer sentiments toward a brand.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
