About the roleHMF INTERNATIONAL SDN BHD is seeking a talented Brand Specialist to join our team in Ipoh, Perak.
In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in shaping and elevating our brand identity, ensuring consistent and impactful messaging across all touchpoints.
What you'll be doing
Developing and executing innovative brand strategies to enhance brand awareness and equity
Creating and maintaining brand guidelines to ensure consistent brand application across all marketing materials
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional brand experiences for our customers
Conducting market research and analysis to identify trends and insights that inform brand positioning
Monitoring and reporting on brand performance metrics to drive continuous improvement
Providing guidance and training to internal teams on effective brand management
Staying up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging brand strategies
What we're looking for
Proven experience as a Brand Specialist or similar role in the marketing and communications industry
Strong understanding of brand management principles, including brand strategy, identity, and positioning
Excellent creative and design skills, with the ability to develop visually striking and on-brand content
Proficiency in market research, data analysis, and performance reporting
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Familiarity with digital marketing and social media platforms
Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
