Brand Store Manager

The Store Manager is responsible for managing the overall operations of the store, ensuring a smooth and efficient running of the business. This includes supervising staff, maintaining store standards, maximizing sales and profitability, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities: Sales and Profitability: Achieve store sales targets and profitability goals.Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue.Analyze sales data and trends to make informed decisions and adjust strategies as needed.Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service.Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively.Create a welcoming and friendly store environment.Staff Management: Recruit, train, and develop store staff.Schedule shifts and manage employee performance.Motivate and lead the team to achieve targets and provide high-quality service.Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and order supplies as needed.Conduct regular inventory checks and manage stock rotation.Minimize shrinkage and control losses through effective inventory management.Store Operations: Ensure store compliance with health and safety regulations.Maintain store appearance and ensure it meets visual merchandising standards.Oversee cash handling, banking procedures, and store security.Reporting and Administration: Prepare and submit sales reports and performance data.Manage budgets, expenses, and other financial aspects of the store.Communicate effectively with upper management regarding store performance, challenges, and opportunities.Qualifications: Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a similar managerial role.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent customer service and communication skills.Knowledge of retail management best practices.Ability to analyze sales data and make informed business decisions.Proficiency in MS Office and store management software.Skills and Competencies: Leadership and team-buildingCustomer-focused mindsetProblem-solving and decision-makingStrong organizational skillsAbility to work under pressure and handle multiple tasksFlexibility and adaptability
