The Branding & Marketing Executive will play a key role in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies that strengthen the brand identity and promote the services of Knight Frank Malaysia. The role requires a blend of creativity, data analysis, and strategic planning, with a focus on driving engagement, leads, and brand visibility across digital channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing Campaigns: Plan, create, and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (social media, search engines, email marketing, etc.).
Optimize marketing efforts to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation through digital touchpoints.
Manage paid online advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads) and ensure ROI optimization.
Social Media Management: Develop and implement a social media strategy to grow followers, boost engagement, and increase brand visibility.
Monitor and engage with social media communities, responding to comments and queries in a timely manner.
Track, analyze, and report on social media performance.
SEO & Website Management: Optimize the website for search engines to increase organic traffic and improve rankings for relevant keywords.
Collaborate with IT and external vendors to manage website updates and ensure seamless user experience.
Monitor web analytics, and use data insights to improve user engagement and conversion rates.
Data Analytics & Reporting: Utilize data-driven marketing tools (Google Analytics, social media analytics, CRM systems) to track the effectiveness of campaigns.
Provide regular performance reports with actionable insights to guide future marketing strategies.
Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies to maintain competitive advantage.
Brand Strategy & Development: Assist in the development and execution of comprehensive branding strategies that align with the corporate goals.
Ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital platforms, including the website, social media, and email marketing campaigns.
Miscellaneous: Oversee the production of Knight Frank Merchandise
Ensure all content aligns with Knight Frank's brand guidelines and voice.
Monitor brand reputation and work on brand-building initiatives.
Requirements Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of successful campaigns.
SkillsStrong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, social media advertising).
Proficiency in content creation and management across various platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
Experience in real estate or property management industry (preferred but not essential).
