Responsibilities:To help BSN's customers stay protected by offering Bank Insurance Product.
To source customers from branch walk-ins, build relationships with the Bank's existing customers, and share the product with other customers within the Bank community.
To identify new sales strategies and approaches to achieve sales targets.
To actively participate in the Bank's sales and promotion activities (face-to-face (F2F) / virtually).
To deliver best sales practices and provide excellent customer service.
To have disciplined tracking of all sales activities.
Requirements:Degree or Diploma holder in any field.
Able to converse fluently in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Ability to converse in other local languages would be an added advantage.
Highly motivated, success-driven, and able to work independently.
Strong selling and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
Possess PCE, CEILLI, or PCIL license is an added advantage.
Willing to travel.
