Building Executive / Site Supervisor (Tenant Management)Tenant Management - Residential/Condo
The Tenant Management / Building Executive Operationsperson will be stationed at the site office and manage tenants.
He will also arrange and schedule any fix-up needed for the property and work with the building management office to submit and coordinate the fix-up of the defects.MUST Speak English & BM
Handle tenant communication and explain the rules to tenants.
Coordinate with maintenance/technician/cleaners/plumbers.
Plan and follow up on fix-up & maintenance to address any defects in the property.
Ensure work is done successfully.
Provide updates to management and tenants on work performed.
Experience supervising Contractors/Suppliers/Workers is an added advantage.
Can speak English & BM
