Roles:
Lead and guide a team of technicians (maintenance)
Responsible for the smooth operation, maintenance and general upkeep of the building and facilities.
Implementing preventive maintenance, liaising with service providers, performing regular inspections of the building plant and machinery, equipment, common area, facilities area and the apartment units.
Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, health and safety standards. Preparing weekly reports to the management.
Responsibilities:
⢠Conduct regular inspections of building facilities to identify maintenance needs and repairs.
⢠Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, electrical repairs, and air conditioning system maintenance.
⢠Respond promptly to maintenance requests from tenants.
⢠Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for specialized repairs and maintenance work.
⢠Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment inventory.
⢠Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all maintenance activities.
⢠Assist in the planning and execution of preventive maintenance schedules.
⢠Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and implement solutions in a timely manner.
⢠Support other departments with maintenance-related tasks as needed.
⢠Generate weekly maintenance report.
⢠Participate in training programs to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
Requirements
⢠High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or relevant vocational training is a plus.
⢠Proven experience in maintenance work, preferably at least 5 years working in a building or hospitality setting.
⢠Strong knowledge of building systems, equipment, and maintenance procedures.
⢠Must be available to work after working hours to attend to emergency and if necessary.
⢠Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations.
⢠Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
⢠Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
⢠Good communication and interpersonal skills.
