Building Maintenance Technician

Scope Responsible for completing daily maintenance tasks, including handyman duties in an office building environment.
Duties and Responsibilities: Performing quality checks on air conditioning, plumbing, and electrical systemsChecking and responding to defects reported by securityReceiving deliveries from vendors and suppliersCarry out preventive maintenance tasks for various tradesThis job description is not an exclusive or exhaustive list of all job functions that an employee in this position may be asked to perform from time to time.
Requirement: The candidate must possess at least SPM.2–5 years of validated hands-on experience in general maintenance work.Ability to work with minimal supervision.Full time position and urgently hiring.
