As our Building Technician, you'll ensure Deriv HQ complies with building specifications, legislation, and policies.
You'll coordinate with various contractors and vendors to maintain and repair all facilities according to building codes and safety standards.
Your knowledge of general maintenance procedures and techniques is crucial in ensuring the well-being and proper functioning of electrical and mechanical systems.ResponsibilitiesInspect, monitor and attend to repairs of all building systems and related equipment, including but not limited to heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning.Perform general and emergency repairs, including toiletry fitting, plumbing work and electrical works within an acceptable time frame.Coordinate repair works with suppliers and contractors on-site when necessary.Troubleshoot and rectify all technical issues, and perform manual repairs when required.Respond promptly to assignments from management.What you haveAt least 2 years of working experience in the related fieldGood knowledge of electrical maintenance and repairSolid background in plumbingExpertise in hardware tools, common appliances and devicesStrong communication and problem-solving skillsCompetent in writing and communicating in English and Bahasa MelayuWilling to travel to other work sites as requiredWhat's good to havePlumbing and electrical experienceA chance to work with top talent from across the globe (70+ nationalities)Ample team-building and bonding activitiesGreat overseas travel opportunitiesCompetitive salary and annual performance bonus#J-18808-Ljbffr
