Responsibility


-Assist with general administrative tasks, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling office correspondence. 


-Maintain and organize physical and digital files, records, and documents. 


-Coordinate appointments and meetings, and manage calendars. 


-Demonstrating strong teamwork capability in cross-functional project liaising. 


-Assist in organizing and scheduling company events, workshops, or training sessions. Manage office supplies and ensure inventory levels are sufficient.

-Secondary graduated/ High school diploma or equivalent. 


-An associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.


-Can speak in English, Malay and Mandarin.


-Proficiency in common office software, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). 


-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.


-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 


-Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.


-Possess a positive attitude and willing to learn.


-Previous experience in administrative support is preferred. 


-Knowledge of office equipment and basic troubleshooting.
