Experience:Over 7-10 years working experience in banking products/customers related.
Project Involvement:Work or involve in projects from project inception through the entire project life cycle.
SDLC Experience:Experienced with SDLC Process Design such as requirements engineering process and creation of functional specifications.
Process Enhancement:Enhance the current account opening process and develop new SOP according to NOVA functionality.
UAT Development:Work with individual project teams and test lead to develop UAT approach and provide support in setup of UAT.
Client Liaison:Work with the team liaising with all clients to update SSIs of client accounts including sub-accounts.
Test Coordination:Coordinate development of test script(s) and ensure adequate test coverage and independent review of test scripts.
Requirements Tracking:Track setup of requirements for UAT and support and clarify any defect raised for UAT.
Skills:Excellent interpersonal, written and communication skills in English.
Excellent business acumen and analytical skills.
Demonstrates ability to build relationships and work well with peers from both business and technology stakeholders and interact effectively with internal and external parties.
