Business/Systems Analysts (Information & Communication Technology)
A leading food and beverage group headquartered in Hong Kong, specializing in diversified culinary experiences across multiple sectors, including restaurants, bakeries, and catering services. With a strong presence in the Asia-Pacific region, the organization is looking to expand their technical capabilities in Malaysia.
We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Business Analyst to lead the design, analysis, and support of Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (D365 F&O) modules, particularly in Finance and Supply Chain. The ideal candidate will collaborate with regional teams, ensure alignment with business requirements, and drive continuous improvement in system functionality and user proficiency.
Role & Responsibilities
Analyze business requirements and configure Dynamics 365 F&O to meet the objectives of diverse regions and business units.
Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and enhancements to ensure accuracy and optimal performance.
Act as the subject matter expert for Finance and Supply Chain modules, applying best practices and maintaining compliance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects aligned with business needs and global standards.
Provide user support, training, and documentation to enhance system usage and knowledge sharing.
Evaluate and manage third-party integrations to improve system functionality.
Mentor team members and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications and Experience
Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related fields (D365 certifications are a plus).
Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 F&O modules, especially Finance and Supply Chain.
Experience in requirements gathering, data migration, UAT, and user training.
Background in the Food & Beverage or Retail sectors is advantageous.
