Provide 1st level support on Level 3/4 System and Reports management in accordance withparticipating in project planning, coordination and implementation module activities.2. Improve system performance and production line up-time under the direction of the reportingManager3. Maintain and monitor all reports to meet the organization's current and future requirements.proactively.5. Responsible on testing all changes in Level 3/4 System and Reports.6. Resolve issues and prepare status reviews and incident reports.7. Accessible 24/7 for outage escalations and recovery activities.8. Willingness to occasionally work flexible hours to affect system upgrades and troubleshoot systemrelated issues.9. Writing the Technical Document for Level 3/4 System.10. Gathering information for Business Process / Reports and projects11. Interact and coordinate with all Bahru Business Units and Acerinox Development group.12. Maintain good working relationships with all all Bahru Business Units and AcerinoxDevelopment group to ensure that services received meet expected requirements of contract.13. Performing System Closing Month End final reports for Finance and Management.
