Key Responsibilities:
Master the business functions and features based on product suitesConduct business functional analysis with end users to capture client's requirements during presales or gap analysis during project requirement study.Working with technical, project and sales team to produce customization effort and delivery timelineCollaborate with product team or principals to stay in touch on feature release roadmapLearn and do functional tests on new product releasesAware of the complementary and competing product offeringsLead quality testing for end-to-end solution functions, including configured out-of-the-box, customized, or integrated functionsInvolve in presentation, demo, trainingProvide functional advisory to other team members from sales, project, support, training and product development Qualifications and Skills:
Years of Experience: At least 2 years experience in software implementation with hands-on projects Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or engineering. Requirements Gathering: Skills in gathering and documenting business requirements, user stories, and use cases.Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze data, processes, and workflows to identify requirements.Functional Writing: Proven experience in functional writing, with the ability to translate complex requirement concepts into clear and concise documentation. Research Skills: Strong research skills to stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies. Stakeholder Management: Ability to manage relationships with different stakeholders and understand their needs.Communication Expertise: Excellent written and spoken communication skills. Can convey technical and functional information to diverse audiences effectively.Problem-Solving: Analytical mindset with a strong problem-solving orientation, capable of addressing complex challenges.
