Job DescriptionAssists in the identification and analysis of business requirements and systems specifications.
Acts as the liaison between users and technical staff throughout the solution implementation cycle.
Conducts feasibility studies and analyses on the risk and benefits of proposed solutions.
Assists with translating business requirements into functional specifications and documents specifications.
Evaluates the ability of an existing system to support proposed changes and identifies system deficiencies and performance gaps.
Supports users on change control, systems updates, User Acceptance Testing, and integration testing by the implementation plan.
Job RequirementsBachelor's degree in information technology, Business Management, or related discipline.
At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Possesses an analytical mind and can see interlinkages with system solutions and usability.
Competent in business needs analysis and business requirement mapping.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English.
Experience with Customer Communication Management Systems (OpenText Exstream or equivalent) will be an added advantage.
Experience working with systems related to Investment Banking and financial Securities will be an added advantage.
