Job DescriptionRole and responsibilities
Perform requirement/gap analysis to identify areas of improvement and propose solutions.
Collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, and development teams to understand business goals, requirements, and priorities.
Understand user's needs, liaise with development team, and provide clarifications on customization requirements.
Create and maintain user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, wireframes, and other documentation as needed.
Prioritize and manage the product backlog based on business value and stakeholder feedback.
Documenting and communicating the result of your effort.
Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion date
Work closely with development team to ensure understanding of requirements and resolve the concerns during the development process.
Facilitate communication and collaboration between technical and non-technical stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and escalate as necessary to ensure successful project delivery.
Review QA test case and assist in UAT.
Able to work with minimal guidance.
Actively communicate within the team members.
Job RequirementsQualifications & requirements
1 - 4 Years of experience in Business Analyst or related fields.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and Agile principles.
Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes and methodologies.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
Experience in requirements management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
Understanding of API is a must.
Proficiency in creating user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, wireframes, and other documentation artifacts.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail.
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
Experience in Fintech will be an added advantage.
Minimal knowledge in SQL will be an added advantage.
