Business Analyst

Details of the offer

-Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions. Leading on-going reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.  


-Involve in complete SDLC, PMBOK, including transforming business requirements into Functional Specification Design and collaborate on testing system integration with QA team. 


-Provides guidance on business process improvements and recommend changes in alignment with business tactics and strategy for area of responsibility.  


-Monitors implementation of Change Request to ensure project/program compliance to budget, schedule, quality standards, SDLC and PMBOK standards and user requirements.  


-To guide impacted stakeholders in using Application SDLC and Methodology and Project Management Methodology (PMBOK).  


-Participate in all phases of application development life cycle. 


-To use the risk assessment methodology issued by the Information Security Section to ensure proper controls are built as required by the business. 


-To build appropriate controls into business application software to ensure the system stability, security and reliability. 


-To notify management about potential security problems that are not adequately addressed by existing control mechanisms.  


-Provide effective project management, good team leadership.  


-Establish and maintain up to date work breakdown structures, project plans, and schedule and progress measurements.  


-Provide continuous improvement review for existing systems and streamlines the system operational process.  


-Propose and provide sound justification solution to management for better and cost effective business solution.  


-Provide on-going systems support to production applications and ensure prompt response to application related issue to minimize the system down time. 


-Stand in depth knowledge of the system functionalities, application knowledge, and products feature and business operation.  


-Ensure that the confidentiality, integrity and availability of all AEON's information assets are protected.

; Requirements:-


-Bachelor's Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent. 


-Minimum?3 to 5 years working experience in the related fields is required for this position. 


-Managerial role: Interpersonal, consultative and facilitation skills are required 


-Knowledge in Business Process Methodology, problem solving, being detail-oriented and capable of delivering a high level of accuracy.
