Job Responsibilities:
Collaborate with senior business analysts and stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements and processes.
Assist in the development of business cases, feasibility studies, and project plans to support decision-making and project prioritization.
Conduct data analysis and interpretation to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement or optimization.
Support the design and documentation of functional specifications, user stories, and system requirements to guide development efforts.
Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide feedback to ensure that solutions meet business needs and requirements.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, economics, information technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
Familiarity with foundational concepts and principles of business analysis, such as requirements elicitation, stakeholder management, and documentation practices.
Basic knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or other project management methodologies commonly used in business analysis.
Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey ideas, present findings, and interact with stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel for data analysis, manipulation, and visualization, and PowerPoint for creating presentations and reports.
Understanding Industry 4.0 automation principles.
