Business Analyst

Tasks & Responsibilities Gather business requirements & design business reports or analytics dashboards.Build & maintain accurate analytics solutions that require integration from SAP & non-SAP systems using analytics & visualization software & provide analysis for business decision support.Support our international key account managers with customer & key account topics such as pricing, sales reports & business review preparations.Develop & maintain internal communications platforms such as SharePoint and Teams.Develop and maintain simple low-code applications for sales & marketing needs and process improvements.Support management presentations & other administrative topics in the APAC Sales & Marketing department. Skills & Qualifications   Bachelor's degree in related disciplines such as business, marketing, design, informatics, data analytics or computer scienceMinimum 2 years of working experience preferred in business analytics, sales & marketing, sales coordination or other relevant fieldsProficiency in MS Office suite (esp. Excel, PowerPoint & SharePoint)Proficiency in analytics & visualization software (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, Qlik)Advantageous (not mandatory): Familiarity with SAP systems (e.g. R/3, S/4, CRM, C4C, Business Warehouse) or SalesforceAdvantageous (not mandatory): Basic knowledge or experience with VBA, PowerApps, RPA/automation or GenAI usage for productivity purposesStrong communication & planning skills, with a data-driven, analytical & structured way of workingGood written and spoken EnglishWilling to travel internationally
