Job Description: Conduct in-depth analysis of the tiles market, including customer needs, competitive landscape, and emerging trends.Monitor industry developments, regulatory changes, and new technologies impacting the tiles sector.Analyze current business processes related to the manufacturing, distribution, and sales of tiles.Identify inefficiencies, recommend improvements, and support the implementation of optimized processes.
Gather, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to provide insights into business performance.Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) in production, sales, and supply chain.Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.Support pricing strategy by evaluating cost structures, competitor pricing, and market demand.Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes by providing relevant data and insights.Perform cost-benefit analyses to support investment decisions in production technology, marketing, and other areas.Work closely with cross-functional teams including production, sales, marketing, and supply chain to gather insights and provide recommendations.Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders through presentations and reports.Lead or support various business projects aimed at improving operational efficiency, reducing costs, and enhancing customer satisfaction.Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
Job Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field.Master's degree or MBA is a plus.Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the tiles, ceramics, or building materials industry.Proven experience in market analysis, data analysis, and business process improvement.Familiarity with ERP systems used in the tiles industry (e.g., SAP).Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
