Key Responsibilities:
Business Development:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's client base.
Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs.
Develop and implement effective strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients through networking, industry research and prospecting.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to client needs.
Client Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions to meet client requirements.
Understand client objectives and provide tailored retail solutions to meet their needs.
Conduct regular reviews with clients to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.
Strategic Planning:
Work with senior management to develop and execute business plans.
Analyze data and market trends to refine strategies.
Identify potential partnerships and negotiate contracts to maximize business opportunities.
Collaborate on the development of new services and solutions based on market trends and client demands.
Reporting & Analysis:
Monitor and report on sales and account performance metrics.
Prepare proposals, budgets, and contracts in collaboration with relevant departments.
Analyze client performance data and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
Proven experience in business development, sales or client management, preferably in FMCG sector.
Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel).
