Job Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company sales targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities and markets for smart lock products.
Build and maintain strong relationships with end users and dealers.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
Provide excellent after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Marketing:
Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote Namani Smart Solution's products and brand.
Plan and manage marketing campaigns, including online and offline channels.
Create engaging content for social media, website, and other marketing materials.
Monitor and analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth.
Organize and participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other promotional events.
Collaborate with the product development team to provide market feedback and insights.
Job RequirementsQualifications:
Diploma/ Degree in any discipline in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the tech or security industry.
Sufficient understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
Ability to analyze market data and make informed decisions.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
