Job Description:

UEM Sunrise Berhad is seeking a motivated and confident Business Development Associate to join our team in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. This part-time entry-level position is perfect for individuals looking to kickstart their career in business development.

Responsibilities:
1. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
2. Build and maintain relationships with potential clients and partners.
3. Assist in developing and implementing business development strategies.
4. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to drive revenue growth.
5. Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients.
6. Assist in negotiating and closing deals.
7. Provide support in organizing events and networking activities.
8. Keep abreast of industry trends and competitors.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
4. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
6. Prior experience in business development is a plus but not required.
